The coil-shaped nut cannot be used in full quantity, which does not lead to cost reduction. 2. The large size of the driving head limits the shapes of components (panels) that can be used and the installation pitch. 3. The head lacks a mechanism for dry firing, making it inconvenient for use in progressive or transfer presses. 4. The nut cannot be installed upside down, and it cannot be fed in a serpentine manner, which imposes significant restrictions on mold design and manufacturing. However, the nuts and various devices developed by Shinjo Seisakusho have cleared these drawbacks and are now widely adopted worldwide.
